A Journey of Academic Excellence (2012–2023)
From 2012 to 2023, I had the privilege of serving at the College of Physicians & Surgeons (CPS), Mumbai, contributing as a Lecturer, Examiner, Paper Setter & Evaluator, and CPS Inspector for institutional recognition. This decade reflects a comprehensive academic commitment beyond classroom teaching.
Teaching postgraduate students in Chest Medicine, Tuberculosis, and Tropical Medicine was complemented by active involvement in shaping academic standards, conducting examinations, and evaluating future specialists. As an inspector, I had the responsibility of assessing hospitals for CPS recognition, ensuring quality training environments for budding doctors.
This journey has been about nurturing clinical excellence, maintaining academic integrity, and strengthening postgraduate medical education. I remain grateful to CPS, colleagues, and my students whose dedication continues to inspire me.
Academic service is not just a role—it is a responsibility towards the future of medicine.
