Location: Mumbai / Delhi The Bhartiya Swayamsevi Sanghatana Mahasangh India hosted the 10th National and International Conference on Social Equality in India in New Delhi on 11th July 2025, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima. The conference aimed to promote equality, justice, public health, and the visionary thoughts of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and Lord Gautam Buddha. Renowned pulmonologist and public health expert Dr. Rajendra Tatu Nanavare was invited as the President of the Conference, in recognition of his over 36 years of service in tuberculosis care, respiratory medicine, and social health initiatives. During the event, Dr. Nanavare also unveiled his inspiring autobiography, titled “Breath and Beyond”, which chronicles his journey from medical student to a national figure in public health, medical education, and humanitarian service.
